Create Your Free Account

Registration takes about 2 minutes. The setup process is fully automated. You'll need to create an account in your EMR for our coders and provide the login details during registration.

What you'll need:

  • Your agency information
  • EMR login credentials for our coders
  • A credit card on file (you won't be charged until your 4th assessment)

We'll provide a signed BAA as part of the onboarding. If your agency requires a specific BAA, send it to and our team will review and sign it.

Submit a Job Order

Use our straightforward job order form to submit OASIS coding tasks. Add patient details and your assessments are placed into our queue.

How it works:

  • Fill out the job order form with patient and assessment details
  • Assessments are automatically matched with a qualified coder experienced in your EMR
  • A hold is placed on your card for the order amount (charged only upon completion)

Receive Your Coded Assessments

Your OASIS assessments are coded by an HCS-D certified coder and completed directly in your EMR. You'll receive an email notification when they're done.

What to expect:

  • Typically coded the same business day
  • Guaranteed completion within 48 hours
  • Email notification when your assessments are ready
  • A coding manager is available if you have questions about any assessment

Works With Your EMR

Our coders have experience across a wide range of EMR systems. We match your agency with coders who already know your platform. If your EMR is less common, our coding managers will coordinate any specific training needed.

No changes to your existing EMR setup are required — our coders log in directly and code within your system.
