Our Coder Standards
Every coder in our network meets rigorous qualification requirements before coding a single assessment:
Active HCS-D and/or BCHH-C Certification
Current certification in home health coding is required.
Medical Background
RN, LVN, PT, or equivalent clinical experience for deeper chart understanding.
Minimum 2 Years Home Health Coding Experience
Most of our coders have significantly more, but this is the minimum threshold.
HH Coder Coding Exam
All applicants must pass our custom timed coding exam before joining the network.
